Expert guidance for families and caregivers. We provide specialized training and technical assistance in key areas to support individuals enrolled in our programs. Our consultations empower care providers with effective strategies to enhance the quality of life for those we serve.
Personal Assistance
Comprehensive support for daily living. We offer hands-on assistance with ADLs, IADLs, community access, and health monitoring. Our services include medication management, physical care, and school-related support, ensuring individuals maintain independence and well-being.
Respite Care
Temporary relief for primary caregivers. We provide short-term, substitute care in the individual's home, offering a much-needed break for family members or unpaid caregivers. This service supports caregiver well-being and must be scheduled in advance when possible.
Companion Care
Non-medical support for adults 18+. Our companion care offers socialization and general assistance, either at home or in community settings. We focus on enhancing quality of life through meaningful interactions and practical support in daily activities.
Sponsor Residential
Skill-building in a family-like setting. These residential services offer routine supports, safety measures, and skill development in sponsor homes. Under CDS supervision, individuals acquire and improve self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills for successful community living.
Supportive In-Home
Tailored care in familiar surroundings. We provide residential services in the individual's own home or family setting, supplementing primary care. Our support focuses on health, safety, and welfare through skill-building activities, routine assistance, and socialization opportunities.
