Supportive In-Home
Tailored care in familiar surroundings. We provide residential services in the individual's own home or family setting, supplementing primary care. Our support focuses on health, safety, and welfare through skill-building activities, routine assistance, and socialization opportunities.
Community Engagement
Community Engagement provides opportunities for individuals to build relationships, explore interests, and participate in meaningful activities alongside peers. Through small-group experiences with a 1:3 staff-to-participant ratio, individuals develop social connections, strengthen community participation, and build confidence while enjoying new experiences in inclusive community settings.
Community Coaching
Community Coaching offers individualized, one-on-one support designed to help individuals develop practical skills, increase independence, and work toward personal goals. With a dedicated 1:1 support approach, individuals receive personalized guidance and hands-on learning opportunities to strengthen decision-making, navigate everyday experiences, and build greater confidence in their abilities.
Sponsor Residential
Skill-building in a family-like setting. These residential services offer routine supports, safety measures, and skill development in sponsor homes. Under CDS supervision, individuals acquire and improve self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills for successful community living.
